The waist is super stretchy but be warned i have a 40 waist and its just a little tight so be careful

Very soft and flares out on its own doesnt come with petticoat

For example if you turn the dress to the side you can put one strap over your neck like a halter and it still has the suspenders look and tie the other one around your neck like a bow
