Pros

The best thing is that it's nontoxic and biodegradable. This mat is honestly the best i have ever used. It is indeed the most satisfying mat i haveever used.

The yoga mat has a good amount of padding, but best is the traction that you have without difficulty. It's easy to clean with yoga mat spray and a towel/rag. It has no odor and has a nice grip.

Cons

It has a very strong yucky smell. The smell seems to fade a little but it's still not usable. Not only is it not durable, but if you get even a slight amount of moisture on the palms of your hand, and you will slip all over this mat.

Competitiveness

I would say it is more comfortable and more sticky than the expensive jade mat i had and hopefully will last as long

Compared to other nonpvc thick yoga mats this one is significanty cheaper too
