The d-ring is perfect and strong. Holds the belt all without slipping. The fabric is comfortable and the d rings are nice and chunky so they don't slip. The d's are quicker and easier to adjust.

Long enough for someone that is tall and for us yoga enthusiast who are thick! I'm 6' tall (as long as i'm standing up straight as my kids and wife continuously remind me).

This strap works for every use, even if you are larger bodied. As a yoga practitioner with really tight shoulders, this strap is a life saver.

Cons

I find the hugger mugger yoga strap to be unpleasantly stiff and uncomfortable. I think there are other better products out there.
