Pros & Cons
Pros
The scent of lavender is very subtle and pleasant. Being glued to a laptop doing telehealth all day was wrecking havoc on my neck and shoulders.
Love the huggaroo weighted heating pad. It keeps the heat and moisture in for a long tme.
Hugaroo microwaveable neck wrap. Works for about 15 min disseminating a soothing moist heat. I also like that the collar comes up around the neck.
Cons
Only enough stuffing to fill half; at bottom. Makes carousel go off track due to weight. Doesn't stay in place and just overall trash. Having a bunch of clay beads all over the place was not fun.
Doesn't warm up properly in the time specified. Barely gets warm. To get the neck piece to actually lay on my neck, i have to pull the front of the heating pad down and hold it there.
Highlights
Quality
Love the plush fabric weight and ease of use a winner
Quality product great for relaxing neck and shoulder muscles
Used a few times and one of the seams gave out and weird looking seed stiff came out
It loses its warmth after 20 minutes
Packaging/appearance
It was a christmas gift for my grandson and he seemed happy to receive it so i gave it 5 stars all the way
Competitiveness
Weve tried a cheaper brand and the huggaroo is still the best
