The huel vanilla food powder helps me stay satiated when i can't grab a bite to eat. It makes for a quick, easy and healthy meal in a busy lifestyle where meals can get easily skipped.

Nutrition is well rounded. It has all the macros and micro nutrients i need all in one. If huel has perfected nutrition this well, who knows what could be done from here.
Cons
Mix it with water as to not add additional caloric value but it does not mix well at all. The reason is that huel wanted to source vitamins from kelp, as a more natural ingredient. Imagine taking a 2 large scoops cup full of the powder from the bottom... Read More

I am very impressed with this product for several reasons
This helps with the appetite and doesnt taste bad at all
One of the reviewers posted something crazy about traces of lead in the product
Im the undisputed king of this forest regardless of what those snooty centaurs believe
Packaging/appearance
Easy to grab the jar out of the frig instead of many evil things that i used to eat for breakfast
I mix three meals with a hand mixer in quart mason jars and leave them in the frig at least overnight
Competitiveness
I replace about 1000 cal a day of huel 5 small servings most days i have about 200 additional cal of foods
Replaced and lunch with huel for a little hungry at lunch time but not bad
Here are the answers they do have a glutenfree version
No matter how many huel branded flavor packets spoons of sugar bananas cocoa etc

I’ve really struggled to lose weight because of a health issue losing with traditional dietandexercise has never been a problem for me in the past but after working hard for 2 months that way unsuccessfully feeling hungry all the time then having “just a little” snack i thought i’d try huel and soylent as a way to count calories get my nutrition stay full throughout the day and stay focused

I’m not that interested in food planning or cooking so calorie counting packing lunches measuring etc on a traditional diet i was defeated

I did some research and it appears that generally fruits and vegetables all have comparable lead presence
