Vanilla huel is wonderful. It really fills you up! The main concern for this type is acid production. Otherwise my gi tract is happy.

I use the mixer that they send with your first order. I blend it in my nutribullet a few ice cubes, one cup unsweetened flax milk, handful of frozen spinach, few blueberries and a scoop of pb powder.

Some of the oats were replaced with tapioca flour, with other additives like cornstarch and more maltodextrin. Tastes like cheerios.

Since this is a food product i cannot return the item and feel like i've been scammed. No refunds. Can’t contact anyone for help. Do not buy this.
