No matter how much i shake it in the recommended shaker bottle, it is still very clumpy and hard to drink. I feel terrible being wasteful and throwing away food, but this is just not good for my body.

I got the black formula bc of the extra protein 39g it has 17 servings per bag so 34 servings when you get 2

And as for the consistency of the powder it mixes well but there is a bit of remaining powder that would not dissolve mo matter how much water i used shaking i did and even using a spoon to smooth it out
