The vanilla flavour was much too sweet so i got the unsweetened as well and either mix them together or add some chocolate flavour or in the mornings i have it with an espresso mixed in
I cycle 10 miles a day go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and work in a busy animal hospital so i have a pretty active lifestyle and i found i can quite easily live of this alone and have plenty of energy
