I got this for him mostly vitamin and hairs grow which did its job it was really really good the only problem is you gain a little weight with it but is fine you could lose it in the diet is whatever and also its a bit sweet but not too sweet you can mix it in water and it wont be that sweet or you can make sandwiches by i will recommend mixing it with water hair growth within one week awesome product
