Pros
The gasket is fine. I just wish that they added a detent to allow the cover to be locked open at 100 degrees. Is also made out of a lighter material and is still metal though.

When not in use the outlet is covered

Someone said that if it locked in the open position it wouldnt be weatherproof but since it has to be opened when a plug is inserted the weatherproof feature is still disengaged at that time as well

The only time i expect the weatherproof feature to work is when it is closed end of debate
