I had purchased a different brand with a slightly different design but very similar finish which was great accept it ended up cracking after a few weeks. To their credit the other manufacturer replaced it quickly but unfortunately that one cracked as well.Fortunately I found this one and it is almost perfect! While it seems a bit more flexible anyway, the design includes small gaps at all four corners which ensure the case doesn't crack over time. The slightly grippy texture is perfect and the case looks fantastic. It is very slim, so if you're looking for anything but scratch and minimal shock protection this case is not the one. If, like me, you WANT minimal then this is your case.I do have one tiny complaint. I which the case would not completely surround the buttons and instead just have a single cutout for both buttons. With this design the buttons are recessed within the opening and more difficult to press. While looking nice it is a bit less practical. I have gotten used to the buttons feeling different and so it is no longer a real annoyance and therefore I didn't deduct any stars from what is otherwise perfection for my needs.  Read Less

I don't drop my phones so I'm not rating the case for drop protection. However, if you are getting a slim case, drop protection is or should be lower on your list. In short, solid buy!I bought this case to replace a much more expensive case that drove me crazy with how difficult it was to use the power or volume buttons. I love that it is thin but rigid at the same time. The almost fabric feel of the shell really does a great job making it easier to grip.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. Great product!  Read Less
