Pros
The 550 deg c device is very easy to use. Delivery is prompt. Only issue is that the pouch is damaged.
Laser forms a cluster of dots instead of just a pinpoint. As you move further from the surface, the cluster size grows unlike the single dot in case of most other instrument.
Cons
Temperature reading accuracy is poor. Shows incorrect temperature reading. No accuracy. How to reset or can do accurate temperature.
It always gives 4-5 fahrenheit degrees less than actual. This is quite shocking as to how this device is still listed on a medical device for body temperature and received a 4* rating. Amazon refuses to take back the product.
