Pros

Mat is rigid and does not move on my medium pile carpet -saves my lower back! Purchased this mat to place between rug and carpet.

Cons

Comes rolled up and does not straighten out. It is so thin that indents in the mat occur where the chair sits. My roller chair leaves marks all over this mat.

The thing is not only worthless, it's a dangerous trip hazard. Total bust, completely pointless.

The mat is too thin and weak. Sturdiness is not good. Better to buy a hard, thicker mat at costco.
