The iron comes very nicely packaged. The velvet-like carrying pouch is very nice as well. It is also easy to clean and came with a glove so you don't fry your fingers.

Cons
The heat setting, while adjustable, is a black dial which is loose. It has absolutely no ergonomics and working with this thing just feels clunky. As one of the few rare guys who uses a flat iron to curl their hair, this thing is hot garbage.

It is designed to help give users a good grip but i find it too rough and a little uncomfortable

Also it gets pretty darn hot so the steam gave me a good scare the first time i tried it because i was used to the digital temperature screen on my old iron and this one has a manual wheel you turn to change the temperature

It is still working i took very good care of it but the red light is always on it never turns green anymore

I smelled plastic burning the first time i used it so turning down the temperature might be a good idea because this flat iron heats up way high
