Pros

These are shoulder savers. Used these on all my gear in the infantry. These are a must have if you are getting deployed and are wearing any of the plate carriers.

Hsgi pads are perfect for what i needed. A little more shoulder padding without having to cut off anything. Vastly improves existing shoulder strap comfort. One minor negative is how wide the pad is.

Bought these to help relieve the pressure on my shoulders. They fit well on the iotv gen 4 shoulder straps. Easy to install, no threading on.

Cons

Title says it all. Nothing holds a candle to was/wee’s.
