I am very happy with the product.
It is a basic adaptor that is hard to conceive the manufacturer wouldn't bundle this with the product, but it works like it is supposed to.
In the product pic, if it says comes with adaptor de ca in spanish, it is included.
Competitiveness
This gives a better power supply for my omron bp monitor instead of using the original power adaptor which has a rating of 500mah only .
