Pros
The only thing one must ensure, is it is installed correctly. I'm concerned about the longevity of the bulb but only time will tell. A bit costly.
Cons
Only lasted a month then started to burn out and flicker. The led portion is to long and doesn't allow the metal holder clams to contact both ends. It is now about 6 months since we installed the bulb and its almost completely burnt out.

After a couple weeks of use the light is starting to delay a little before coming on and on a few occasions didnt come on at all when opening the fridge
