At the time though refurbished options were not available here on amazon and a new one wasnt worth the cost his printer is finicky at times on paper feed and he cannot fill the trays except to 2025 of capacity

We have printed many documents since installing it was a breeze but the ac power cord plug on the hp4000 n we have is in the worst of places if and when you install the duplexer he took a hobby knife to cut shielding so as to bend the cable 90 degrees ranging from 2 pages to as high as 128 and the duplexer has not failed yet
