First this seller gave me a refund on shipping due to the product arriving late back when i first ppurchased it

Then after 1 month of use and 3040 plots this is a large format plotter which should yield 4000 plots the print head i purchased went bad

After many emails back and forth the seller agreed to replace the item with a new print head due to me not knowing that the first one may be out of date

It took a little convincing but to be fare they cant just replace or refund anyone who says there stuff doesnt work
