Pros
Simple but effective way of isolating the flow of water in your garden hose.
Those days are practically over. These things work a treat! Would not be without this now. Like it.
Cons
Much more than a dribble, totally unusable. The joint just leaks profusely. Better to spend the extra and get either a hozelock or gardena accessory.
The plastic teeth that should grip the hose are ineffectual. I use it in a syphon system, and you could hear a hiss as air seeped in and stopped the flow.

I dont need to go out with the victor solar spike anymore
Quality strong connector hose will last for a long time happy
I was really doubtful it would work but i must admit im really impressed

They are quick to use simply remove from the packaging remove the protective plastic place it in the ground and turn it on

We haven’t seen any evidence of mole activity as well and the numbers of big grey squirrels have decreased too

Great to have just before the end of the hose pipe so you can turn the water off with out having to go back to the tap when you want to change ends or move a garden spray
