    The upside is the glass is almost bombproof they claim not that i want to hit my lenses with hammers but if i am shooting with a remote near say a bird feeder then the extra protection is something to think about

    There seems to be a good distribution of the polarized area in skies so that there are no spots that are much darker than the rest of the image
