I tested it on both lenses and was interested to find that while photos with both lenses with filter in place were fine they were better on the 40 mm

When putting the filter on the camera take care to be sure that you are tightening the threads and not just turning the portion that you turn to change the amount of darkening

Lite cp filter not as dark as conventional cps
