These are comfortable and when used according to directions they are totally noise cancelling

The sound blocking is decent i can still hear my superloud neighbours upstairs when they talk to their talking speaker just a note that these things need to die and i pray one day are banned in apartments and condos no one needs to hear you ask your speaker what time it is 400 times an hour argh but those speakers are designed to be so loud everyone on earth can hear all your business anyways so i might just be the old lady who doesnt want or need to hear all your google search results at subway announcer volume

I am able to insert them deeper into my ear canal and they have never fallen out
