They block out all sounds my husband makes in his sleep and our occasionally noisy neighbours. Stops me hearing the wife snore.
I love rhubarb and custard so these plugs are perfect for my canal buds. These ones are the best at noise cancelling.

One too many times ive been caught out trying to catch some shut eye in a busy area or even when people in adjacent rooms are loud snorers and beyond throwing a sock at them or plotting their demise as you try to sleep in vain there isnt much you can do

Once thats done youre set for the night and youre unlikely to hear anything at all

If you want to re use wash and leave to dry they will puff up again

Although noises were still audible they did cut down on some sounds

I used the same pair night after night which i wouldnt recommend just because a build up of wax might occur and you may be trapping this inside especially if having to then wear earbuds in the day time too
