I agree with other reviewers that in order to get max functionality you definitely need to follow directions and roll them righthold them in your ear while they expand

These plugs are so good that when im riding i can barely and i mean barely hear the 1200cc engine right under me under a helmet of course and i truly dont even notice them in my ears

I learned the tough way that you can put your ear plugs really deep in for a definite seal but you should only do that if the ear plug is too small

You just need a seal around any circumference of your ear canal so start from the outside first
