Pros

The squeeze bottle is very nice in that it makes it easy to pour the amount that you want. This stuff really works, and it is very reasonably priced.

Boy am i glad that i did! Love it. This stuff is awesome.

Applying to the drawer runners makes it easier to open and close the drawer. Used on antiques to maintain quality of wood finish.

Cons

The product contain hydrogenated mineral oils which are harmful if breathed. Floors feel greasy, the product leaves streaks, and very little luster. I hate to be a bummer but this product is useless.
