Her eft methods are different including using the fingertips or you can just do the sweep method really relaxing which is just reading a script

I believe in eft and energy healing and i think she may have the right methods to truly heal and release trapped emotions even when you dont know exactly what they are or how to release them yourself no matter how hard youve tried
