Thank you for a delightful book with a gift for teaching. The illustrations are superb and the text is extremely understandable. The only reason i rated it a four is it left me feeling i need to purchase another book for further information.

This short book takes the newbie colorist through some of the basics for using colored pencils on coloring book pages. It is written with adult coloring books in mind and adult colonists of all ages and levels of competence.

This is great for people like me, who have not had any art instruction. She leaves no stone unturned in explaining how to do everything to achieve what you you want your coloring to accomplish.

This book seems to have been written by a non english speaker. I am offended the artist seriously made this book charging people to color like a child.

No instruction on shading, blending, layering, or patterning. Only technique taught is a short explanation and examples of texturing.
