It's practical, she uses case studies and it's easy to understand. It’s about mindset and the information and lessons can be applied to so many different situations.
Cons
Author is way off base on a lot of her assumptions about singles (she's not one herself) secondly she is extremely self-obsessed. Thirdly because she couples a partner won't bring you happiness, with except in my case.

This book made me wonder if i maybe worrying too much about finding someone and gave me a sit down to say 34youre fine being single34 which being single really shouldnt be my identity or way of being
