It also deliberately focuses on desktopserver usage with embedded systems completely ignored like multiple remarks about powering down the machine being the most risky part of anything

Programming is kept to a minimum so knowing a language like c would be helpful i didnt see it as necessary

Id expect a book about what every super user should know to be more dense and heavier on technical terms but it is a great source of basic info even for people who are tech guys but have never worked with linux or unix systems
