Also wright comments in many of his books about western christianity’s lack of understanding the bible

I believe this to be true but much of what he teaches in his books including this one is a biblical theology which i grew up in at my conservative christian canadian evangelical small church

So for future readers wright is an excellent teacher but his personal perspective of the western church at large may not be your perspective and it’s ok to disagree
