Ive tried many different wraps but i like this one the best because it doesnt make you sweat it is flexible but also great back support for slouchers like myself it is easy to put on and take off you dont have to take it off everytime you go to the bathroom you can nurse in it easily it doesnt come undone with movement

It is true to size mentioned on amazon size chart and is suppose to be tight or else it wont actually help to get that belly to go back in
