Pros
Monitor chorine level with test strips. Priced well, and easy to use. Only concern is that it is not robust, but so far, no issues.
Cons
It's just useless when 3 weeks later i'm still waiting on the chlorine tabs. Most likely made in china for 10 cents. This thing is so small you can't even fit a standard 3 chlorine tablet into it.

I opened the top put in some tabs put the top back on adjusted the flow window and threw it in the pool
