Pros
Easy to install. The only the i dislike is it doesn’t stay flat against the door…. My only complaint is the price.
This towel rack meets my expectations. The extra rack capacity is what we needed. It works great for our towels!
It's out of the way and lasts forever! It’s exactly as pictured. With that one exception it's awesome!
Our bathroom is small and installing this behind the door on the hinges worked out very well. The color matches the bathroom hardware.
Cons
Very very flimsy, towel rods pull out of main shaft and bend shaft. The bars move so easily (each time you close or open the door), usually causing the bottom towel to fall off.
The hanging bars are only 18 inches long, which barely reaches to half the width of my bathroom door. They say all you have to do is pop out the pin on your door hinge, but give no information on how to do that. Does not fit 2-hinged door.

It took a while to figure out workarounds for the issues other reviewers mentioned so i figured id save someone the headache with the modifications i usedsupplies washers i purchased 2 washers per hinge whose edges slightly extended past the door hinge diameter the included plastic supports are too flimsy a couple extra screws for the steps below 5834 round wooden dowel approximately 6034 long paintersmasking tape1

This may have been due to the coat of paint which was likely applied after poles were manufactured

You can keep it as one long pole or cut into sections if you want each hanging bar to rotate separate from the others i went with the sections

My bottom dowel was 2434 which overlapped with the pole section above
