I was pleasantly surprised. Compared to the other water rowers that i looked at, it’s a fantastic deal. Pro- rowing friend said it was a decent machine.
There are no squeaks, vibration or annoyances. Extremely smooth glide on the seat and the rower itslef. The only negative is that there tends to be a squeak at the very tail end of a row after about 15 mins of use.
It seems sturdy and well built. Package very well, and easy to assemble. The unit is very solid, and the fact it folds up make storage very easy and compact.
Cons
Non-serviceable bearings, meaning there's nothing you can really do to fix them. Secondly, the 4 screws and washers are too short to attach to part 4. Saw that the fan / resistance blade is just connected by glue. Customer service is responsive but no... Read More
They are an odd size and cannot be sourced in the us. My feet are too small to fit, the strap only holds the toe area of my shoe. The mount has no way to tighten it to keep it in place, so a phone or especially my light tablet brings the darn thing do... Read More
This is insanely upsetting because this is not a simple returnable item. The real kicker is that if you return it, they make you pay for your own shipping - which costs almost as much as the machine.
The app is terrible. There is painfully little in terms of options and settings. The fact that i have to build in time every time i want to row to connect the app multiple times is just draining and leaves me feeling like this is a substandard product... Read More
The folding method is tricky and dangerous. Once folded, it is no longer portable. It make whole mess when unpacking and lots of screws and wheels missed and had to comb through the packing materials and broken styrofoam.

The box had “not” been repackaged and everything was packaged as if it were definitely new
It came with easy stepbystep instructions including how to take it out of box

Compare to other brand price is good and very easy to assemble too
Compared to the other water rowers that i looked at it’s a fantastic deal
This house fit water rower and a different brand was the two i was comparing
Some other reviews mentioned the digital monitordisplay and the related app as a disappointment

After some time building it it i found that two screws for the monitor arm were too short to reach the intended screw holes

I found that there was a crack in the water tank

This is a preassembled tank so it looks like it was cracked during the manufacturing process due to the screw being tightened a bit too much see provided picture
