Pros

House foods makes great tofu. This tofu has great ingredients and it's multi purpose. It's not the kind of tofu that has taste (for salads or more flavor i prefer smoked tofu), so you really need to pair it with a sauce or very flavorful dishes.

Perfect amount of firmness. Had a fantastic crispy texture. Absorbs all the flavors very nicely.

Seasons, marinates and cooks just like most other foods. Marinated for firm cutlets to mashed up for tofu salads and scrambled. Air-fried and dipped in sriracha, etc.

Price is comparable to store prices, and the expiration date was over a month away. It tastes great, it’s organic and for the price i’m ok. Easy to use, taste good and great delivery. Great price for organic.

Cons

Too firm especially after pan frying. Came out very stiff & crunchy. White and mushy. Will not be repurchasing.

Its a nice size great packaging and decent value

I love this tofu but they need to find something better than plastic to package it in

Competitiveness

This is easily the most popular brand of tofu so you already know what youre getting

And it has a good taste however the 365 whole foods brand tofu has a much superior flavor and taste

I hoped the cost was better than getting it from the market
