Pros

The cedar wood fights odor and is absorbent. They are a little sticky from the scent additive they add to them but i'm sure that will disappear over time.

They work great and you can actually lengthen your shoes so you can have more room for your toesies. These truly are just a way to store shoes to help them retain shape, with minimal stretching if any.

Great customer support. Was able to rectify my situation. Works exactly as needed. Inserting and removal is instantaneous.

Cons

The height of the tree, the thickness, especially for a size 12 shoe is far too thin.

Seems it wouldnt let me upload photos with negative review. Just doesn't work. Very disappointing. I nt recommend.

They are made of real cedar and they will have oil spots in the box when they arrive but do not worry no oil was transferred to the shoes
