This under the desk treadmill is a game changer. Display panel shows you the speed, the time, the calories burned, and the distance traveled. I think it’s best suited for athletic types as there are no safety rails.

My only complaint is the loud beeping sound it makes and that i can't turn it off or down. Overall a very nice treadmill other than my personal stupidity.
The length of the walking belt is long enough that i didn’t have to shorten my stride. I’m 5’9 and take semi big strides while on a treadmill.

The remote control is awesome you simply turn the power on at the base of the treadmill and then control the speed with the remote

I bought an exercise mat and still it was too low for my carpet so i have to keep it on a hard floor

The beeps when turning it on are a little loud but don’t last long and the actual treadmill is quieter than i expected
