Pros

The plastic insert is very snug, which is a good thing because you don't want your product to fall out. They are sturdy and a very convenient size for traveling. No dings or cracks during travel.

The container itself is very elegant. The only thing that would have been good to include is a small spatula to make it easier to transfer the contents over. Amp; functions as it should.

These are just what i wanted. I've used them for leave-in conditioner and body moisturizer.

This works perfect for translucent powders that come in inconvenient packaging. Now it's easier for me to apply my translucent powder. Easy to throw in my cosmetic bag and go.

Cons

The divider comes completely off and it splits in the middle with the lid still attached. Made several attempt to thread in and srew on the lid, to no avail. Can't use this to travel. Defeats the purpose of purchasing this item.
