Pros
Moisture is keeped inside and acts as a steamer. I plug it in when i get to work in the morning and it keeps my food warm until i have lunch. F is no joke for meal-prepped meals that have already been cooked then stored for a couple of days.

You do need to evaluate the time needed to heat what you are cooking but that doesnt take much trial and error
