Pros
This product is fantastic and was extremely easy to install. Very easy install. Easy to install - good price - works well / have had no negative issues.
Cons
The arc neck is wobbly and flimsy feeling. Easy to install but leaked immediately. Waste of time installing this.
Complete junk. Received damaged without all necessary parts. Media could not be loaded.

I did it in like 10 mins but only because the old one was difficult to get off

The only thing i did not like was the spacers were too thick i couldnt tighten the faucet down to the sink tight enough and it wiggled
