Pros

The only downside is that you can't have both heads on at the same time. It has a very good high power massage feature and the rain shower head covers a lot. The pause switch is the best. You don't have to turn the water off at the tub faucet.

Cons

The shower head needs to be rotated in order to install it. This means that no matter what, you cannot get it to have the correct orientation without leaking. We have excellent water pressure, however this unit is very disappointing this area.
