Power rain gives you just enough force to not be intrusive. The spray patterns are unique enough for each of the seven settings. It also has a settings dial that turns smoothly and it does as advertised.
It's lightweight and handles well. It is shiny and sturdy.
This is the one i primarily use for my back - on bad days with my neuropathy my gait changes and thus causes painful knots and pinches in my back. It's also great for rinsing off quickly.
Cons
The water pressure and volume is so reduced in this product that it seems worthless. The head is good, but the hose is substandard. Instead, now it flows from the shower hose.

I think of it like a four mode shower since the other three are just variations on the four modes
