The poor design of this extension arm means that you basically need to win the lottery in order for it to line up correctly once installed. In my case, the threads end with the arm about 45 degrees off of vertical.

It would have been nice if it came with a small amount of pipe thread tape as the stuff is really cheap but that would have been a bonus

The new house i bought had a shower rod that came from inside the wall that was too low for a shower head

So please this extension existed as i though i may have hire a plumber to do some welding to raise the shower conduit from the wall
