Is good feel sweating when you put it on just what i no like is because after two wash loose the color i wash by hand like the instruction say it so i wash the first time and i see a lot black color on the water i though maybe it was because i was sweating maybe thats it but i wash the second time and the same so now i put on you can see it the waist belt because the top of the shirt is no black like when you get it new turn like grey you should sell on grey no black that way when you wash no change you can use like regular shirt and do your activity at home or go to the store with out nothing put on to cover it and the people see like regular shirt other than that is ok

It makes me sweat a lot but it runs a little to big had to return and buy a smaller sizes

It will make you sweat as long as you are active dont expect it to make you sweat while you watch tv

The fabric is very stretchy and elasticlike its very hard to remove it from the collar and the arm holes without help from someone
