Lauren is a strong female lead that doesn't take to being bossed around. He is hired to keep her safe from a stalker.

The story has laughs, pain, suspense, and heartbreak. It's not only the suspense of someone being in danger. This story is so heart wrenching that the readerbecomes.

This novel opens with a scary prologue but for me, things went downhill from there. I had no empathy with the hero and heroine or desire to find out how they solved their current problem.

There were simple mistakes like spelling or comma errors and major mistakes like run-on sentences. That is very distracting when reading.

Lauren is too goody-goody for my liking.
