It works amazingly. Tastes great. Good machine.

Great addition to my cave. Makes great popcorn. Literally hours setting up decorations, making food, setting out party supplies.

Cons

Manufacturer's website directs you to a farmed out, third party customer service website. Trying to get a replacement part for a faulty door hinge proved a nightmare. Try putting the kernel tray in, the slot is fine but the tray gets stuck.

Overall i am very happy with this product

Its a great price for the quality

We had trouble with the unpopped kernels tray that pulls out to empty

Even with the bottom slanted out you will not have enough room inside the machine to fill your bags

Shipping

There was one tiny dent from shipping but was able to pop it out and cant even remember where it is now

Packaging/appearance

I also have to be very careful cleaning the flanges that hold the kettle
