The face is three-dimensional, but the mask is flat. Barely fits the front of the cheeks and does not cover my temples. A frozen mask is ineffective because it touches only a portion of the skin.

It’s not uncomfortable to wear and the velcro straps are very sturdy well made

The nose hole was large enough that i could place it around my nose even with the plastic cast and it didn’t put any pressure on my nose

I would recommend you buy two because it doesn’t stay cold for long enough when you have to pull it out of the freezer on an hourly basis
