Pros

This product is outstanding. Great product and doesn't break my wallet. Would definitely recommend buying this.

If you have thicker or full hair this is the one you want! I have fine thin and aging hair so needed something that was less damaging.

It's so easy to use and adds a ton of volume. Plus it’s more quiet than the revlon one which i do not recommend.

Cons

Whenever i go to turn the brush/dryer and the swivel, it shuts off. From the first time i’ve used it and several times after, it always shuts off during each dry/style.
