Pros

Large bag, great price for an excellent product. It adds a lot of bacon flavor, but requires no chewing at all. Not chewy and not crunchy. It is very tasty and it is not fatty.

These are great on just about everything savory dish you can think of. Beat costco's brand and has much better consistency with a great smokey flavor.

Potential uses are almost limitless. Convenient to have in the freezer. Less fat and calories.

Cons

This is more like clumpy bacon dust, very small pieces for the most part and all smashed together. This is real bacon, so i assume different batches at the factory will vary, but the one i got wasn't like bacon “pieces” at all. This was disgusting.

Hormel is the best i’ve tried other brands and always go back to hormel brand

Now the price has skyrocketed on amazon so i wont be buying it again unless the price gets back to reasonable
